| 摘 要： | 意向调查显示，医院领导对政策能否理顺补偿机制存在的忧虑，但通过3种药品增长率的数据预测分析，显示总控政策调整技术劳务的政策性收益大于药品控费的潜在损失。

| Abstract: | The intention survey showed the opinion that the losing of controlling the expenditure may exceed the policy profits was worried by the hospital administrators. However, data gave the opposite conclusion. It is mentioned that hospitals had ohtained 219. 1 -452. 3 million RMB by the policy implementation in sampling hospitals for five and half years. |
