乳腺癌X线表现特征与C-erbB-2表达的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:分析乳腺癌X线特征与C-erbB-2表达的相关性。材料和方法:回顾性分析经乳腺X线摄影以及手术病理证实的160个乳腺癌,将X线所见按照ACR创立并推荐的BI-RADS,分为肿块(大小、边缘、形态),钙化(分布、形态)进行描述,并与C-erbB-2的表达进行对照,分析其相关性。结果:乳腺癌C-erbB-2的阳性表达与单纯钙化有显著的相关性,C-erbB-2阳性表达的X线特征为单纯钙化。结论:乳腺癌X线表现的某些特征与C-erbB-2的表达具有显著的相关性,根据X线表现可以大概推测C-erbB-2的表达情况。

Abstract:Purpose:To investigate the correlation between the mammographic features of the breast carcinoma and the expression of C-erbB-2 and to predict its expression. Materials and Methods:A retrospective study of 160consecutive mammography patients with breast carcinomas was performed to determine the correlations between the mammographic features and the expression of C-erbB-2. Each patient was reviewed according to BI-RADS final assessment category system. The mammographyic features were divided into mass (size, margin, shape) and microcalcification (distribution, shape). Results: The expression of C-erbB-2 correlated with some mammographic features in breast carcinoma. The mammographic features of C-erbB-2 positive expression are calcification without mass. Conclusion: The expression of C-erbB-2 had a significant correlation with the calcification without mass. It is feasible to predict the expression of C-erbB-2 in breast carcinoma by some mammographic features.
