| 摘 要： | 运用文献考证的方法对“眩晕”古今含义的演变和使用情况进行源流考释研究，认为眩晕是以眼花、头旋为主要表现的病证或症状。表现为病人视物不清、自身与周围景物旋转。眩晕与晕厥的主要区别是前者通常无意识障碍，但极为剧烈的眩晕发作偶有瞬间意识丧失，而晕厥必备意识丧失。经考证，“晕眩”，在宋代陈言《三因极一病证方论》中已有记载。现代著作将“眩”、“目眩”、“眩冒”均作为“眩晕”的异名不确切，实则同中有异，应当更正。

| Abstract: | The terminological method was used to investigate into the origin of Traditional Chinese Medicine term "Vertigo", including the change of its meaning and usage. It was pointed out that vertigo was a symptom with dizziness and dimness of the eyesight. The typical clinical manifestations is dimness and feeling the revolving of surrounding. The difference of "vertigo" and "vertigo fainting" is that the former is consciousness, but the later is unconsciousness. It should be concerned that as Traditional Chinese Medicine term "vertigo", "vertigo fainting", dizziness and dimness are somewhat different. |
