| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨阴道镜检查的临床诊断价值。方法 :对 2 0 0 2年 6月～ 2 0 0 3年 4月 32 5例宫颈病变患者的阴道镜检查结果进行分析总结。结果 :阴道镜检查 32 5例宫颈病变中 ,全部行病理学检查 ,确诊为CIN1 2者 97例 ,原位癌 13例 ,宫颈浸润癌 2 6例 ,慢性宫颈炎 188例 ,结核 1例。结论 :阴道镜检查对宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变的早期诊断有重要价值 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Research on the clinical diagnostic value of colposcopy.Methods:To analyse and summarize 325 cases of cervical lesions with the help of colposcopy in our hospital from June 2002 to April 2003.Results:Of all 325 cases,325 biopsy cases were taken,and through pathological diagnosis.we found 97 cases cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN1-2),13 cases carcinoma-in-situ,26 cases invasive carcinoma,188 cases chronic cervicitis,1 cases cervical tuberculosis.Conclusion:Colposcopy have a important diagnostic value in finding early stage carcinoma of cervices,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,early stage of cervical condylonma and in judging if there is a kind of CIN simultaneously. |
