射频导管消融所致心肌损伤的影响因素

摘    要:目的 探讨影响射频导管消融(RFCA)致心肌损伤程度的决定因素。方法 对每位行RFCA的病人,记录靶点数,放电次数,每次放电功率,每次放电时间,放电总时间,放电总能量及手术时间,应用心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)检测所造砀 心肌损伤,分析RFCA致心肌损伤的影响因素。结果 消融后cTnT峰值与靶点数,放电次数。放电总时间及手术时间四因素呈显著的正相关关系。结论 在诸消融因素中,靶点数。放电次数,放电总时间是RFCA所致心肌损伤的三项决定因素。

Abstract:Objective To explore the decisive factors of myocardial injury caused by radiofre-quency catheter ablation (RFCA). Methods Cardiac Troponin T(cTnT) was utized to monitored the patients who underwent RFCA. The number of targets and discharges power of discharges, discharge time, total energy of discharges and duration of operation were recorded. Results The peak value of cTnT had very significant positive correlation with the number of targets, and discharges had significant positive correlation with total discharge time and procedure duration. Conclusion The number of targets, and discharges, power of discharges ,and total discharge time are the three factors that determined the degree of myocardial injury caused by RFCA.
