膈疝的X线诊断

目的 探讨X线检查对膈疝的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析14例经手术证实的膈疝病人的X线征象并与手术结果对照。结果 膈疝的主要X线征象：①假“膈面”升高和“膈面”模糊不清；②胸腔内见胀气积液的胃肠影，类似“液气胸”征；③中下肺野囊状、蜂窝状透亮影；④中下肺野密度不均，见斑片状软组织密度增高影；⑤纵隔向健侧移位；⑥消化道造影检查直接显示疝入胸腔的胃肠影。结论 X线检查对膈疝的术前诊断具有重要的价值。

The X- ray diagnosis of diaphragm hernia

To study the X-ray signs of diaphragm hernia Method The X-ray signs of 14 cases with diaphragm hernia confirmed by operation were reviewed. Results The main X - ray signs of diaphragm hernia were as below: (1) Elevated false diaphragm and fuzzy diaphragm. (2) The gastrointestinal air-fluid image in the pleural cavity. (3) Cyst - like or bee comb - like image in the middle and lower lung field. (4) Soft tissue density shadow in the middle and lower lung field. (5) Mediastinum displacement. After swallowing barium, the gastrointestinal structure was found in the pleural cavity. Conclusion The X - ray photography is necessary to the diaphragm hernia before the surgical therapy.
