| 摘 要： | 目的：观察化学性腰交感神经切除联合股动脉灌注治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效。方法：选取78例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者进行化学性腰交感神经切除联合股动脉灌注治疗。结果：化学性腰交感神经切除联合股动脉灌注治疗后患者肢体冷感减轻;疼痛缓解;跛行距离延长;踝肱指数提高;溃疡面积变小、愈合。结论：化学性腰交感神经切除联合股动脉灌注治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎简便、安全、有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of chemical lumbar sympathectomy combined femoral artery puncture on thromboangiitis obliterans.Methods:Analysis of 78 cases treated by combining chemical lumbar sympathectomy and femoral artery puncture.Results:All of the patients treated by this method have less cold- feeling and limbs ache;longer gammy distance;higher ankle-brachial index;smaller cankerous proportion.Conclusions:Chemical lumbar sympathectomy combined femoral artery puncture is a simple,safe and effective operation for thromboangiitis obliterans. |
