清开灵注射液治疗对小儿支气管肺炎的效果观察

目的:观察探讨清开灵注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2009年5月至2011年5月128例肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿,随机分为观察组(常规治疗+清开灵注射液治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),各64例,观察比较两组治疗效果,进行统计学分析。结果:观察组总有效率93.8%(60/64),不良反应1例;对照组总有效率79.7%(51/64),无不良反应出现,两组疗效比较存在一定差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义;两组平均退热时间、止咳时间、肺部罗音消失时间比较存在明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:清开灵注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效显著,明显优于常规治疗,能有效消除临床症状,不良反应小,值得在临床上合理推广。

Observation of the Qing Kai Ling Injection treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Qing Kai Ling injection therapy in children with bronchial pneumonia,summarize its clinical value.Methods:from May 2009 to May 2011,128 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,were randomly divided into two groups (conventional therapy + Qing Kai Ling injection therapy) and control group (conventional therapy),64 cases observed and compared two groups of treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:Group total effective rate was 93.8% (60/64) 1 cases of adverse reactions;control group,the total efficiency of 79.7% (51/64),no adverse reactions,the two groups there are some differences (P<0.05),with statistical significance,the two groups of adverse events the incidence was no significant difference (P>0.05),no significant;The mean disappearance time of fever,cough time,pulmonary rales significantly different (P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the Qing Kai Ling Injection treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia,significantly,significantly superior to conventional therapy,can effectively eliminate clinical symptoms,adverse reactions,it is worth to promote reasonable clinical.
