乳腺癌组织中VEGF、C-erbB-2、P53及Ki67的表达与临床意义

目的研究乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、C-erbB-2、P53和Ki67的表达及其与临床肿瘤大小、淋巴转移和ER、PR状态之间的关系。方法用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测72例乳腺癌组织中VEGF、C—erbB-2、P53、Ki67和ER、PR的表达。结果VEGF、C—erbB-2、P53和Ki67表达的阳性率分别为59．7％，61．1％，56．9％和69．4％。VEGF的表达在不同肿瘤大小、腋窝淋巴结有无转移、ER和PR的表达组别中有显著差异（P〈0．05）；C—erbB-2的表达在腋窝淋巴结有无转移、ER和PR的表达之间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；P53的表达在肿瘤大小、腋窝淋巴结有无转移组中有明显差异（P〈0．05）．；Ki67的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移有关。结论VEGF、C-erbB-2、P53和Ki67的联合检测对于判断乳腺癌预后与指导治疗具有临床意义。

Clinical significances of VEGF, C-erbB-2,P53 and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues

Objective To study the expressions of VEGF,C-erbB-2, P53 and Ki67 in primary breast cancer tissues. Methods The expressions of VEGF, C-erbB-2, P53, Ki67, ER and PR were detected with immunohistochemistry in 72 cases of breast cancer pathologically proved. Results The positive rates of protein VEGF, C-erbP,-2, P53 and Ki67 were 59.7%, 61.1%, 56.9% and 69.4%, respectively. The expression of VEGF was significantly correlated with tumor size,axillary lymph node metastasis and the expressions of ER and PR（P〈0.05）. The expression of P53 was obviously correlated with tumor size and axilarry lymph node metastases （P〈0. 05）. The expression of ki67 was significant difference in groups with or without axilarry lymph node metastases （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Examination of expressions of VEGF, C-erbD-2, P53 and Ki67 was benefit of prognosis and therapy in primary breast cancer.
