杭州市不同活动场所MSM人群艾滋病病毒感染现况研究

目的了解杭州市不同活动场所男男性接触者（MSM）人群的艾滋病病毒感染率，为疫情估计和行为干预提供科学依据。方法2006—2008年期间，在酒吧、浴室、会所随机调查418名MSM人群，了解年龄、婚姻等一般特征和最近6个月与男性发生性行为时安全套的使用率，并抽取3～5mL静脉血检测艾滋病病毒抗体，计算感染率。结果418名MSM人群HIV阳性26例，感染率为6．2％。MSM人群以流动人口为主；浴室MSM人群年龄偏大，已婚占多数；酒吧MSM人群文化程度较高；每次与男性发生性行为时安全套的使用率较低；酒吧、浴室、会所的艾滋病病毒感染率分别为3．5％、12．8％、2．8％。结论MSM人群的艾滋病病毒感染率较高，属艾滋病防制的重点人群，应立即采取积极有效的防翩措施。

Prevalence Study on HIV Infection among MSM in Different Public Areas in Hangzhou

Objective To explore the HIV infection among Men who have Sex with Men （MSM） in different public areas in Hangzhou from 20（0 to 2008. Methods A face-to-face interview was performed to acquire the basic information and condom uses among MSM in public places such as pubs, bathrooms and clubhouses. Additionally, the blood samples were collected and anti-HIV was detected. Results A total of 418 subjects were surveyed. The proportion of using condom in every sexual activity with man was 29.9% in recent 6 months. Totally, there were 26 blood samples were anti-HIV positive and the infection rate was 6.2%. The infection rates of MSM from pubs, bathrooms and clubhouses were 3.5 %, 12.8 % and 2.8 % respectively. Multiple comparison results indicated that the infection rate of MSM from bathrooms was significantly higher than that from pubs. Conclusion The HIV infection rate was relatively high among MSM in Hangzhou though their awareness rate of preventing AIDS was high. The intervention should focus on getting out of their high-risk behaviors in future.
