HP的两种分型与胃十二指肠疾病的关系

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌（HP）的两种分型与胃、十二指肠疾病的关系。方法选取106例经胃镜诊断并经快速尿素酶检查或C14呼气试验检测为阳性的患者。实验组：慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡和胃癌的患者80例；对照组：症状轻微的慢性胃炎的患者（胃镜诊断充血性胃炎）26例，两组均用免疫印迹技术做血清HP分型抗体检测。结果病例组HPⅠ型有69例，对照组仅3例（P〈0．01）两组比较有显著差异。结论HPⅠ型为HP的毒力菌株。它与慢性活动性胃炎、消化性溃疡及胃癌有着密切的关系。

The relationship between classification of serum H. pylori and the gastric and duodenal disease

Objective To study the relationship between classification of serum H. pylori and the gastric and duodenal disease. Methods 106 patients with both HP positive and the gastric and duodenal disease diagnosed by gastroscopy were elected for studying. HP was detected by rapid urase test or 14C Urea Breath Test. The tested group 80 patients with chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. The control group 26 cases with slight presenting symptom of chronic gastritis diagnosed by gastroscopy. The serum antibody was detected in each HP positive patient by immunoblotting to identify the classification of HP. Results There were 69 cases showing the first classification of HP in the tested group and only 3 cases of the first classification of HP in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01) between the two groups. Conclusions The first classification of H. pylori is the poisonous H. pylori strain. It is correlated closely with the chronic gastritis peptic ulcer and gastric cancer.
