| 摘 要： | 血管瘤多见于婴幼儿，好发于面部，引起面部畸形和功能障碍。目前对该病的常用治疗方法有药物治疗、硬化剂治疗和手术切除等。由于婴幼儿的生理特点异于成人，故治疗时常会发生一些诸如吸入性肺炎、药物反应和出血等并发症。现论述该病的治疗及并发症的预防处理。

| Abstract: | Haemangioma is a common disease in infant and child.Because it usually happens in the face,the deformity and dysfunction of face are often seen in clinical practice.Medicine,harden agent and operation therapy are the main three treatment methods for haemangioma at present.Because of the different characteristics of infant and child comparing with adult,the complications,such as aspiration pneumonia drug side effect and bleeding may happen after and during the treatment course.This article reviews the advance on treatment and its complication prevention of haemangioma. |
