| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院麻醉药品和精神药品的应用情况,分析用药趋势。方法:采用用药频度排序法,对我院药库2004年￣2006年麻醉药品和精神药品出库数据进行统计分析。结果:麻醉药品中,芬太尼注射液用药频度居各年度首位,硫酸吗啡控释片(美施康定)和芬太尼贴剂(多瑞吉)用量逐年递增。精神药品中,艾司唑仑片稳居第一,苯巴比妥注射液、地西泮注射液和地西泮片用量下降幅度较大,唑吡坦片用量稳步上升。结论:我院麻醉药品和精神药品使用基本合理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the utilization and trend of narcotics and psychotropic substances used in our hospital so as to provide information for rational use of drug.Methods:In ranking of DDDs, consumption of narcotics and psychotropic substances in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were audited and analyzed.Results:In the narcotics, the use of fentanyl injection occupied the first places in frequency, the dosage of morphine pill and durogesic increased year by year. In the psychotropic substances, estazolam pill kept the first place, the amount of use of phenobarbital injection, diazepam injection and diazepam pill decreased great, the dosage of zolpidem pill upgraded steadily.Conclusion:The use of narcotics and psychotropic substances in our hospital appeared basic reasonable. |
