军队离退休干部轻度认知功能损害的患病率调查

目的：了解老年人轻度认知功能损害（MCI）的流行学病状，为进一步研究Alzheimer病（AD）提供依据。方法：采用中文版简易智能状态检查（MMSE）总体衰退量表，日常生活能力及哈金斯基缺血指数等量表为筛查工具，对石家庄市26个部队休干所的1630名65岁及以上的离退休干部进行轻度认知功能损害（MCI）的患病率调查。结果：老年人男性MCI的患病率单为7．55％；老年人MCI的患病率随年龄增长而增高，呈正相关（R＝0．99，P＜0．05）；随着文化程度的提高，MCI患者率亦有降低，但差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论：应加强对军队离退休干部MCI患者这一痴呆高危人群进行监测，早期进行干预治疗，从而延缓或阻止病情进行为AD。

Study of the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment in elderly male veterans

Objective To explore the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) among elderly people in Shijiazhuang, China.Methods 1 630 male veterans ( aged 65 years and over) from 26 military sanatorium in Shijiazhuang city were studied. The Mini-Mental State Examination, Global Deterioration Scale, Activity of Daily Living, Hachinski Ischemic Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale were served as screening tools. Results The prevalence of MCI was 7.55% in male veterans. The prevalence of MCI tended to increase with aging(R=0.99,P<0.05). There were no statistical difference between elementary school level and junior high school level in the prevalence of MCI (P>0.05). Conclusions We should intensive to monitor the MCI people which a high risk Alzheimer disease people. The interventionist treatment for MCI should be turn into the second prevention of the Alzheimer disease.
