摘    要:目的 研究适合以新疆紫草为原料提取萘醌类化合物的方法,并对其提取方法工艺条件进行了优化.方法 考察了匀浆提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比和提取次数等因素对提取工艺的影响,并在单因素试验基础上,根据中心组合试验设计原理采用3因素、3水平的响应面分析法进行工艺优化.结果 得到提取过程优化的工艺条件:提取时间为3.99 min,料液比1:9.99,乙醇体积分数80.2%,紫草总萘醌的实际得率可达0.75%,质量分数为30.33%,提取次数为2次,回收率可达81%.结论 采用匀浆法从新疆紫草中提取萘醌类化合物,有效地避免了紫草素损失,并具有提取速度快、温度低、能耗低的特点,适合紫草素萘醌类化合物的大规模生产.

Abstract:Objective To extract the naphthoquinones from Arnebia euchroma by the method of homogenate extraction and optimize the extraction technology. Methods The effects of homogenate extraction time, the volume of ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid, and the times on extraction technology were studied. Base on the singlefactor test, an orthogonal test design was developed by Central Composite test design method. Results The optimized conditions were as follows: extracting time was 3.99 min, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 9. 99, and the volume of ethanol was 80. 2%. The actual yield and purity of naphthoquinones from A. euchroma were 0. 75% and 30. 33%, respectively. And recovery rate of naphthoquinones was 81% when extracting twice. Conclusion The proposed homogenate extraction method needs less extracting time, less extraction solvent, and less energy consumption, so it is a method for extracting naphthoquinones from A. euchroma in high efficiency.
