Clinical Observation of Flupentixol and Melitracen in Treatment of Sleep Disorders after Stroke

Objective To observe the effect of Flupentixol and melitracen（Dailixin） in treatment of sleep disorders after stroke.Methods Sixty-eight patients with sleep disorders after stroke were divided into treatment group（n=36） and control group（n=32） randomly.The control group was received conventional treatment,and the treatment group took oral Dailixin tablets for 2wk.We assessed their sleep quality with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI） before and after treatment and observed the ADR of the Dailixin.Results After 2wk treatment,the total effective rate of sleep improvement in the treatment group was 86.11% and 43.75% in the control group,and the difference between these two groups showed remarkable significance（P0.01）.The difference of PSQI and the neurological function improvement between these two groups had significance too（P0.05）.No obvious ADR of Dailixin was found during the treatment.Conclusion Dailixin can improve the sleep quality and promote neurological functional recovery for sleep disorders after stroke.
