云南省新生儿疾病筛查的现状及其对策研究

云南省新生儿疾病筛查起步较晚,至今还未建立起完善的筛查网络体系。政府部门支持力度不够,相关法律法规不健全,民众认知程度低,实验室管理不规范等因素成为制约云南省新生儿疾病筛查发展的主要原因。云南省新生儿疾病筛查落后于其他地区,在发展新生儿疾病筛查工作中,只有争取政府部门支持,完善新生儿疾病筛查管理办法和技术规范,加强社会宣传力度,重视筛查工作质量,提高新生儿疾病筛查水平和筛查覆盖率才能促进新生儿疾病筛查技术在全省开展。本文旨在研究云南省新生儿疾病筛查的现状和问题,探讨切实可行的解决途径,为今后云南省推广新生儿疾病筛查技术提供决策信息。

Current status and solutions of neonatal screening in Yunnan province

Neonatal screening in Yunnan province started far behind the other provinces of China.The systematic neonatal screening network was still under construction,due to the following reasons: lack of the government support,incomplete legal system,resident's poor knowledge in this field,and the undeveloped management of neonatal screening lAbs.There was still a long way for Yunnan province to develop the neonatal screening system,which need the powerful support from the government by strengthening the administration and issuing relevant regulation and technical criteria.The organizer of the neonatal screening should focus more on public education and quality control of the screening tests,aiming to build an efficient,economical,reasonable and entire province covered screening network.This article tried to summarize the current status of the neonatal screening in Yunnan province,find the problems,and propose the possible solutions,so as to provide decision-making information for the application of neonatal screening technique.
