| 摘 要： | 目的观察THA方案治疗成人初治急性非淋巴细胞白血病28例的临床疗效.方法THA组(治疗组)28例,THP20mg/d+HHT4mg/d+Ara-c200mg/d,静脉滴注,7天为一疗程,疗程间歇14至21天.HA组(对照组)27例,HHT和Ara-c剂量、用法及疗程时间同治疗组.结果治疗组的总有效率92.3%(26/28),明显高于对照组的74%(20/27),P<0.05.结论THA方案治疗成人初治急性非淋巴细胞白血病疗效满意. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of THA therapy in treatment of early acute nonlymphocytic leukemia(ANLL) in adults.Methods In 28 cases of THA group(study group),THP 20mg/d homoharringtonine(HHT) 4mg/d Ara-c 200mg/d, was dropped intravenously from the lst day to 7th day,7 days as a course,with an interval of 14 to 21 days. In 27 cases of HA group(Control group),the dosage and schedule of HHT and Ara-C were the same as the study group.Results The response rate of the study group was 92.3%(26/28),which was significantly higher than that of 74%(20/27)of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The response to THA therapy in the treatment of early acute nonlymphocytic leukemia(ANLL) in adult patients is satisfactory. |
