出血性中风辨证分型与CRP、脑CT的相关性研究

目的：探讨高血压性脑出血中医证型与血清C反应蛋白（CRP）含量、临床神经功能缺损积分、脑CT三方面指标的关系,为中医辨证施治提供客观依据。方法：收集119例符合纳入标准的患者,对各证型患者进行神经功能缺损评分和脑CT平扫,采用免疫比浊法测定CRP含量。结果：高血压脑出血中医证型的血清CRP含量、临床神经功能缺损积分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,中医证型在脑CT征象等级上的差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：高血压脑出血中医证型反映的脑实质损害程度不同,血清CRP含量、临床神经功能缺损积分、脑CT征象可以作为中医辨证参考的客观指标。

Study on the relationship between the TCM type of syndrome brain CT and C-reactive protein level in serum of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective:To investigate into the relationship between the different TCM syndrome of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HTCH) and the three indexes:the C-reactive protein level in serum,the scores of nervous impariment and brain CT.At the same time,an analysis of correlation was made to establish the objective diagnosis to the different TCM syndrome of HTCH.Methods:The 119 patients of HTCH were collected as research subjects.The patients of each TCM syndrome were marked and scanned by brain CT.To determine CRP level in serum by ELISA method.Results:The CRP level in serum and the scores of nervous impairment were respectively and signficantly different among TCM syndormes in HTCH patients(P<0.01).TCM syndormes in patients was signficantly different on the signs and ranks of brain CT(P<0.01).Conclusion:The degree of brain impairment among TCM-syndromes of HTCH is different.The TCM syndromes of HTCH can be dignosed objectively based on the CRP level in serum,scores of nervous impairment and the signs of brain CT.
