延续护理在输尿管结石术后携带双J管出院患者中的应用

目的探讨延续护理在输尿管结石术后携带双J管出院患者中的应用。方法随机选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月间输尿管结石术后携带双J管出院的患者100例,随机分为两组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予延续护理,比较两组的术后并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组的术后并发症发生率为16.0%,显著低于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.0%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论延续护理能够有效降低输尿管结石术后携带双J管出院患者的并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Application of Continuous Nursing in Discharged Patients with Double J Tube After Ureteral Calculi Surgery

Objective To explore the application of continuous nursing in discharged patients with double J tube after ureteral calculi surgery. Methods 100 cases of discharged patients with double J tube after ureteral calculi surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given regular nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of regular nursing. The postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was 16.0%, significantly lower than 84.0% of control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 98.0%,significantly higher than 70.0% of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Continuous nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in discharged patients with double J tube after ureteral calculi surgery, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction degree.
