机用镍钛根管预备系统进行根管预备中四手操作护理配合的必要性研究

目的探讨以机用镍钛根管预备系统行根管预备时采用四手操作护理配合的临床价值。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的74例根管治疗患者,均以机用镍钛预备系统进行根管预备,随机分为两组。试验组采用四手操作护理配合,对照组采用传统两手操作护理配合。观察两组的根管预备情况与满意度。结果试验组的单根根管预备时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组的根管预备满意率较高,术后当日的NRS评分较低,患者满意度较高(P均<0.05)。结论以机用镍钛根管预备系统行根管预备时采用四手操作护理配合能有效提高根管预备效率与质量以及护理满意度。

Study on Necessity of Four-Hand Operation Nursing Cooperation in Root Canal Preparation with Machine-Made Nickel-Titanium Root Canal Preparation System

Objective To explore the clinical value of four-hand operation nursing cooperation in the root canal preparation with machine-made nickel-titanium root canal preparation system.Methods 74 patients with root canal treatment admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected,given root canal preparation with machine-made nickel-titanium preparation system,and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group used four-hand operation nursing cooperation,and the control group used traditional two-hand operation nursing cooperation.The root canal preparation and satisfaction degree of the two groups were observed.Results The preparation time of single root canal in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction rate of root canal preparation in the experimental group was higher,the NRS score on the day after operation was lower,and the satisfaction degree was higher(all P<0.05).Conclusions Four-hand operation nursing cooperation in the root canal preparation with machine-made nickel-titanium root canal preparation system can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of root canal preparation,and nursing satisfaction degree.
