阿托西班联合盐酸利托君治疗晚期先兆流产及先兆早产的临床价值分析

目的分析阿托西班联合盐酸利托君治疗晚期先兆流产及先兆早产的临床价值。方法选取我院2015年1月至2019年9月收治的80例晚期先兆流产及先兆早产孕妇,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用阿托西班联合盐酸利托君治疗,对照组采用盐酸利托君治疗,比较两组的临床效果和不良反应。结果观察组的妊娠延迟时间长于对照组,利托君总用量、利托君平均用量、胎儿丢失率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论阿托西班联合盐酸利托君治疗晚期先兆流产及先兆早产的效果明显,可减少利托君用量,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Analysis on Clinical Value of Atosiban Combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Late Threatened Abortion and Threatened Premature Birth

Objective To analyze the clinical value of atosiban combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of late threatened abortion and threatened premature birth.Methods 80 cases of pregnant women with late threatened abortion and threatened premature birth admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with atosiban combined with ritodrine hydrochloride,while the control group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The pregnancy delay time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the total dosage of ritodrine,average dosage of ritodrine and fetal loss rate were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 22.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Atosiban combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of late threatened abortion and threatened premature birth has significant effect,can reduce the ritodrine dosage with high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
