手法复位夹板外固定配合理疗对桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节功能恢复的影响

目的探讨手法复位夹板外固定配合理疗对桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节功能恢复的影响。方法 60例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组行手术切开复位钢板螺钉内固定,观察组行手法复位夹板外固定配合理疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的腕关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,疼痛缓解时间、手背消肿时间及骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的掌倾角及尺偏角均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),但两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论手法复位夹板外固定配合理疗治疗桡骨远端骨折患者可有效缩短疼痛时间、手背肿胀时间,促进骨折愈合,改善腕关节功能。

Effect of Manual Reduction,Splint External Fixation Combined with Physical Therapy on Wrist Joint Function Recovery in Patients with Distal Radius Fracture

Objective To explore the effect of manual reduction, splint external fixation combined with physical therapy on wrist joint function recovery in patients with distal radius fracture.Methods 60 patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent surgical open reduction and internal fixation with plate and screws, and the observation group underwent manual reduction, external fixation with splint combined with physical therapy. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of wrist function of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the pain relief time, swelling time of the back of hand, and fracture healing time were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the volar tilting angle and ulnar inclining angle of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), while no significant difference was found between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Manual reduction,splint external fixation combined with physical therapy in the treatment of patients with distal radius fracture can effectively shorten the duration of pain and duration of swelling of the back of the hand, promote fracture healing, and improve wrist function.
