摘    要:
目的探讨手法复位治疗配合小夹板旋后位固定治疗Smith骨折的疗效。方法选取40例Smith骨折患者,随机分为两组各20例。两组均给予手法复位,实验组予杉树皮夹板四夹旋后位固定4~6周,对照组予以石膏管型中立位固定4~6周,术后随访3个月,比较两组的疗效以及治疗前后的掌倾角。结果实验组治疗后的掌倾角显著优于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法复位配合小夹板旋后位固定治疗Smith骨折的临床效果满意,可有效防止骨折再次移位。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy of manual reduction combined with small splint supination fixation in the treatment of Smith fracture.Methods 40 patients with Smith fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with manual reduction. The experimental group was fixed with four pieces of fir bark splint in supination position for 4 ~ 6 weeks, and the control group was fixed with tubular plaster in neutral position for 4 ~ 6 weeks. Patients were followed up for 3 months after surgery. The efficacy and the volar tilting angle before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The volar tilting angle after treatment of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Manual reduction combined with small splint supination fixation in the treatment of Smith fracture has satisfactory clinical effect, and can effectively prevent the fracture from displacement again.
