自我管理小组健康教育模式对社区老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响研究

目的探讨自我管理小组健康教育模式对社区老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的老年2型糖尿病患者90例,随机均分为两组。对照组接受常规健康知识教育,观察组接受自我管理小组健康教育模式,对比两组的自我管理行为及护理前后的生活质量评分。结果观察组的自我管理行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的PF、GH、RP、SF、RE、VT、MH评分高于护理前,且观察组的PF、GH、RP、SF、RE、VT、MH评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论自我管理小组健康教育模式可有效改善社区老年2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为,保持血糖稳定,控制病情进展,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。

Study on the Influence of Self-Management Group Health Education Mode on the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Community

Objective To explore the influence of self-management group health education mode on the quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community.Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received routine health knowledge education,while the observation group received self-management group health education mode.The self-management behavior and the quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-management behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PF,GH,RP,SF,RE,VT and MH scores of the two groups increased,and the PF,GH,RP,SF,RE,VT and MH scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Self-management group health education mode can effectively improve the self-management behavior of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community,maintain the stability of blood glucose,control the disease progress,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
