延续性护理干预对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨延续性护理干预对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法将68例老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予延续性护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后的血糖、血压水平及干预后的生活质量。结果与对照组比较,观察组干预后的FPG、HbA1c、收缩压、舒张压水平均明显改善,社会功能、身体机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精力状况、情感职能和精神健康评分均明显较高(P均<0.01)。结论对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者实施延续性护理干预,可明显改善其血糖、血压水平,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Hypertension

Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing intervention on quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension.Methods 68 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The blood glucose and blood pressure before and after intervention,and the quality of life after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of FPG,HbAlc,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group significantly improved,and the scores of social function,physical function,physiological function,physical pain,health status,energy status,emotional function and mental health were significantly higher(all P<0.01).Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension can significantly improve the blood glucose and blood pressure levels,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
