全自动生化分析仪血清指数功能应用评价

摘    要:目的:评价全自动生化分析仪的血清外观指教检测功能的可靠性。方法:以Sysmex公司生产的干扰物Interference Check A Plus为样本.在SYNCHRON CX4 PRO全自动生化分析仪上进行血清指教(黄疸指教、溶血指教和乳糜指教)检测.并对检测结果的重复性和准确性进行统计分析。结果:黄疸指教批内频率分别为95%和100%.批间频率分别为90%和95%;溶血指教批内频率分别为100%和100%,批间频率分别为95%和95%;乳糜指教批内频率分别为95%和95%。批闻频率分别为90%和95%。不同黄疸指教水平和溶血指教水平的样本其实测总胆红素和血红蛋白的均值与厂商提供的均教相比差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05);对150例样本同时用SYNCHRON CX4 PRO分析系统与酶标仪比浊法测定乳糜,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:SYNCHRON CX4 PRO分析系统3种血清指教的批内和批间重复性好、准确性较高、操作简便、检测快速、结果客观稳定,可靠性较高.对临床化学检测结果的判断有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To assess the reliability of serum appearance indeces in the SYNCHRON CX4 PRO System. Methods The interferent provided by Sysmex Corporation was used as samples to detect serum indeces (icteric index,hemolytic index and lipemic index) in the analyzer. The repeatability and accuracy of the outcomes of the detection were statistically analyzed. Results The within-run frequencies of icteric index,hemolytic index,and lipemic index were 95% and 100%,100% and 100%,and 95% and 95%,respectively; While the between-run frequencies of those indeces were 90% and 95%,95% and 95%,and 90% and 95%,respectively. There was no significant difference between the mean values of total bilirubin and hemoglobin from the experimental detection in the samples with different levels of icteric index and hemolytic index and the mean values provided by the producer of the analyzer(P > 0.05). The lipemic index did not differ between the determination by the SYNCHRON CX4 PRO system and the detection via turbidimetry of the microplate reader on 150 samples (P > 0.05). Conclusions The repeatability and accuracy of the within-run and between-run of the three serum indeces in the SYNCHRON CX4 PRO system are ideal. The procedure is easy and rapid,and the results are stable and reliable. The serum indeces play an important role in the judgement of the results from the chemical detection.
