上海交通大学医学图书馆联盟建设的经验与成效

通过调研上海交通大学医学图书馆联盟的馆藏资源和服务形式，总结了上海交通大医学图书馆联盟在顶层设计框架指导下整合优化医院图书馆联盟资源配置、提升综合服务能力、提供优质服务、制定文献资源合法使用规则、创新技术与管理等成功的运行经验。交大医学图书馆联盟实现了联盟成员馆的大馆藏、大流通，充分发挥了图书馆联盟的群体优势，有效提高了对用户多样化需求的保障能力。

Experiences and achievements in establishment of Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical Library Alliance

The experiences of Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical Library Alliance in integrating and optimizing the allocation of resources in hospital library alliance, improving the comprehensive service ability, providing the excellent service, working out the regulations for rational use of literature resources, innovating the technology and management were summarized by investigating the library holdings and service in its member libraries. The large scale library holdings and large scale circulation can thus be realized in the member libraries of Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical Library Alliance, its group advantages can be brought into full play, and its supporting ability for the multiple needs of its users can be effectively improved.
