| 摘 要： | 非选择性非甾体抗炎药吡罗昔康的胃肠道不良反应一直受到关注。通过检索PUBMED数据库，结合手工筛选和PuBMED自带的相似文献检索，以及检索Cochrane，查找有关吡罗昔康不良反应和安全性内容的个案和综述文献，并结合最近的相关新闻报道进行总结分析，结果表明吡罗昔康属于胃肠道安全性较差的非甾体抗炎药物。 |

| Abstract: | The gastrointestinal adverse reaction of piroxicam which is non-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug has been of great concern. In this paper, we search for gastrointestinal safety data associated with piroxicam in PUBMED database and Cochrane database and therefore give one summary analysis. The result shows that the gastrointestinal safety of piroxicam is relatively poor Compared with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. |
