内窥镜下Nd:YAG激光凝固筛前神经、蝶腭神经节治疗常年性变应性鼻炎

目的 探讨提高治疗常年性变应性鼻炎有效方法。方法 89例常年变应性鼻炎的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组进行疗效观察,治疗组55例采用鼻内窥镜下Nd:YAG激光凝固筛前神经及蝶腭神经节;对照组34例采用射频治疗。结果 治疗组有效率96.4％与对照组64.7％比较P<0.01。结论 鼻内窥镜下Nd:YAG激光凝固筛前神经及蝶腭神经节治疗常年性变应性鼻炎,具体疗效显著安全、创伤小等优点,有较好的临床应用价值。

Treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis by Nd YAG laser coagulation in ethmoidal nerve and sphenopalatine ganglion under nasal endoscope

Objectiv: To study the treatment effect of perennial llergic rhinitis by Nd: YAG Laser coagulation in the ethmoidal nerve and phenoplatine ganglion. Method: we compared the effect in test group (55case) who were treated by Nd: YAG laser coagulation in the ethmoidal nerve and sphenopalatin ganglion. With control group (34 case) who were treatad by radiofrequency treatment. Result: In the control group, the effective rate were 64.7%. In the test group , the effective rate were 96.4% Significant difference of effect of treatment was fund between this two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: the treatment method of Nd: YAG laser coagulation in the ethmoidal nerve and phenopalatine ganglion under nasal endoscope for perennial allergic rhinitis has better effect, simple amputations anol safety. So it has high clinical value.
