心理干预对脑卒中患者肢体功能及日常生活能力康复的影响

目的：探讨运用护理心理学模式对脑卒中患者肢体功能及ADL的影响。方法：60例早期脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为康复组和对照组各30例，均接受常规神经科治疗和早期肢体功能康复训练。在治疗过程中康复组配合健康教育，个别心理疏导等心理干预。治疗前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）14项评价心理障碍；Brunnstrum评价肢体功能；Barthe指数评价ADL。结果：治疗3个月后，与治疗前比较2组患者HAMA有所下降。肢体功能和ADL均有提高，康复组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：系统的心理干预对脑卒中患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的恢复均有很大影响。显著提高患者生存质量。

Effect of Mental Nursing on Recovery of Limb Function and Activity of Daily Living after Stroke

Objective: To study the effect of mental nursing on recovery of limb function and activity of daily living(ADL) after stroke.Methods: Sixty cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each having 30 cases.The cases in two groups were subjected to routine neurological therapy and early limb function rehabilitative training.The patients in the treatment group were additionally treated with mental method.Before and after treatment psychological disorders were evaluated by HAMA,the limb functions were estimated by Brunnstrum and the ADL was determined by Barthel index.Results: Three months after treatment,the scores of HAMA in both groups were decreased and limb function and ADL improved,but therapeutic effectiveness in treatment group was more satisfactory than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological intervention can improve the recovery of limb function and ADL after stroke.
