氧气雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗结缔组织病合并肺间质病变的效果及护理

目的：观察氧气雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗结缔组织病合并肺间质病变（ CTD-ILD）的效果及护理。方法选取2011年1月至2013年1月诊断为CTD-ILD的住院患者54例，随机分为观察组28例、对照组26例。对照组予常规吸氧、非甾体类抗感染、血管扩张剂、免疫调节剂，针对患者本身疾病给予健康宣教。观察组在上述基础上加用布地奈德混悬液氧气雾化吸入并给予氧气雾化吸入方面的护理。分析比较两组患者的疗效并评价。结果观察组咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、胸痛、气促等症状和肺功能改善均优于对照组，观察组显效、有效、无效的患者分别为24例（85．7％）、4例（14．3％）、0例（0．0％）；对照组显效、有效、无效分别为19例（73．1％）、6例（23．1％）、1例（3．8％），两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝6．834，P＜0．05）。结论氧气雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液对治疗CTD-ILD患者的疗效显著，并给予氧气雾化吸入方面的护理能有助于患者尽快康复，值得临床推广应用。

Effect and nursing of oxygen atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension on the treatment of connective tissue disease combined with interstitial lung disease

Objective To observe the effect and nursing of oxygen atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension on the treatment of connective tissue disease combined with interstitial lung disease （ CTD-ILD ） . Methods Fifty-four patients with CTD-ILD from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group （ n=28 ） and the control group （ n =26 ） .The control group received the routine oxygen inhalation, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, vasodilator, immunomodulators and the health education , and the observation group received the oxygen atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension and the related nursing on the basis of the control group . The efficacy was analyzed and compared in two groups .Results The improvements in cough, sputum, chest pain, shortness of breath, lung function and other symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group .The cases of markedly effective , effective, ineffective in the observation group were respectively 24 cases （ 85.7%）, 4 cases （ 14.3%）, 0 cases （0.0%）, and were 19 cases （73.1%）, 6 cases （23.1%）, 1 cases （3.8%） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =6.834, P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Effect of oxygen atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension on the treatment of connective tissue disease combined with interstitial lung disease is significant , and the nursing of oxygen atomization inhalation can help patients recover as soon as possible, and is worthy of clinical application .
