氨磺必利合并度洛西汀治疗老年期抑郁症的对照研究

目的探讨氨磺必利对度洛西汀治疗老年期抑郁症的辅助作用。方法采用随机开放对照研究,将60例诊断为老年期抑郁症的患者随机分为实验组30例（氨磺必利联合度洛西汀治疗）与对照组30例（单纯度洛西汀治疗）,分别在治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6、8周末,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）、临床总体印象量表（CGI）评定治疗效果,并采用Asberg抗抑郁剂副反应量表（SERS）评定两组的药物副反应。结果 （1）经治疗后,自第2周末起两组被试HAMD评分明显低于治疗前（均P〈0.05）,且自第4周末起,实验组评分低于对照组（均P〈0.05）;（2）经治疗后两组CGI-GI评分均明显降低（均P〈0.05）,自第4周末起,实验组评分低于对照组;（3）治疗后第8周末,两组SERS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论小剂量氨磺必利对度洛西汀治疗老年期抑郁症有增效作用,且不增加副作用的发生。

The controlled study on the effect of treating elderly depression with amisulpride combined with duloxetine

Objective To explore the assistant effect of amisulpride in the treatment of elderly depression with duloxetine. Methods 60 patients （ I〉60 years old） met with CCMD - 3 criteria for depression disorder were randomly allocated to the treatment group （treated with low dose of amisulpride combined with duloxetine, n = 30） and control group （treated with duloxetine alone, n = 30 ）. All subjects were assessed with Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression （HAMD -17）, Clinical Global Impression （CGI） and Asberg Rating Scale for Side Effects （SERS） was used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects at time points before and 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after treatment. Results The HAMD scores significantly decreased from the end of week - 2 inboth group after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the HAMD scores of the trial group were continuously lower than that of control group from the end of week - 4 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The CGI - GI scores significantly decreased in both group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the score of trial group were continuously lower than that of control group from the end of week - 4 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The SERS score was not significantly difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Low dose of amisulpride can augment the effect of duloxetine for the treatment of the elderly depression, and demonstrates equivalent safety with duloxetine treatment alone.
