| 摘 要： | 目的：为了探讨巨细胞病毒（ＣＭＶ）、弓形体（ＴＯＸ）帮单纯疱疹病毒（ＨＶＳ）感染与先天性心脏病病因学的关系．方法：收集先天性心脏病心肌组织６６份，非先心病心肌组织３８份，采用ＰＣＲ技术进行病原基因的检测．结果：在６６例先心病心肌组织中检测到ＣＭＶ，ＨＳＶ，ＴＯＸ的阳性率分别为＃２６％，４％和１５％，而３８例对照组中阳性率分别为２１％，３％和３％，ＴＯＸ在两组中检测有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）．结论 |

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the relationship of cytomegalovirus (CMV), toxoplasma (TOX), and herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection with congenital heart diseases (CHD). METHODS: CMV, HSV and TOX pathogenic genes were detected in 66 cases of CHD and 38 cases of controls by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). RESULTS: The positive rate of CMV, HSV and TOX in 66 CHD cases were 26%, 4% and 15%, respectively, while those in 38 control cases were 21.%, 3% and 3%, respectively. TOX was significantly different ( P< 0.05), while CMV and HSV were not statistically different ( P >0.05) between the CHD and control groups. CONCLUSION: This is the first report of thepresence of CMV, HSV and TOX genes in CHD cardiac tissues by PCR. The results suggest that TOX infection is closely correlated with CHD, whereas CMV and HSV have no relation with CHD. |
