摘    要:
目的:建立1,2—苯并异噻唑啉—3—酮(BIT)中微量铅的测定方法。方法:采用水浴消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铅的含量。结果:方法检出限为0.042μg/ml,变异系数CV=0.74%,回收率为90.2%~99.2%。结论:该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可作为BIT中微量铅的测定方法。

Abstract:
Objective:To establish a method of the determination of Lead content in 1,2—Benzisothiazdin—3—one(BIT).Methods:Water bath was used to digestion samples,Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry determination of Lead content.Rusults:The limit detection of the method is 0.042 μg/ml, CV=0.74%,the recovery is in the range of 90.2%~99.2%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and of high sensitivity,and applied for the method of the determination of trace amounts Lead in BIT.
