| 摘 要： | 目的 观察睫状体及虹膜水下透热电凝联合改良式小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果，为新生血管性青光眼的治疗推荐一种新的方法。方法 对8例（8眼）新生血管性青光眼行水下透热电凝部分睫状体及虹膜，同时行改良式小梁切除术。结果 7例术后1周内眼压下降至正常，1例经药物治疗眼压控制在正常范围。末次随访，虹膜新生血管完全消退，眼压控制在正常范围。结论 通过睫状体及虹膜水下透热电凝联合改良式小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼是一种较为安全有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of underwater diathermy and modified trabeculectomy in treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods 8 case (8 eyes) of neovascular glaucoma was undergoing underwater diathermy on ciliary body and iris and modified trabeculectomy.Results The intraocular pressure of the treated eyes was controlled well in 12 months of followup,there were no significant complications.Conclusion Underwater diathermy and modified trabeculectomy is a safe and effective method in treatment of neovascular glaucoma. |
