VEGF在类风湿性关节炎血管形成中的作用及其相关研究进展

血管形成是类风湿性关节炎(RA)滑膜炎持续存在和发展的核心,而血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)是滑膜血管形成的主要因素。它参与了RA的发病机制和基本病理过程。在RA患者滑液和血清中有VEGF表达,其表达与疾病的发生有相关性。因此,目前认为抑制血管形成是治疗慢性炎性疾病的有效方法,同时更是治疗RA的潜在新靶点。

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Role in the Angiogenesis of Rheumatoid Arthritis and the Related Research Progress

Angiogenesis is core of the development and perpetuation of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)synovitis.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),the main mediator of angiogenesis,also takes part in the pathogenesis mechanism and basic pathological process of RA.It′s found in the synovial fluid and serum of patients with RA,and its expression is correlated with the disease severity.Therefore,inhibition of angiogenesis is currently considered to be an effective treatment for inflammatory diseases and a new potential therapeutic target in RA.
