| Abstract: | cases of ophthalmoplegia externa were treated by different methods in light of the Chinese medical patterns.It was believed that first dispelling of wind cold or wind heat and subsequent symptomatic treatment was better than directly dispersing wind and dredging collateral or nourishing spleen qi and dredging collateral. |
