狗股动脉拉伸损伤后的顺应性变化

摘    要:采用成年狗正常股动脉段6例,测定其拉伸后的压力一容积关系,并求出其顺应性。另取狗股狗股动脉段30例拉伸固定后,观测其形态结构变化。发现狗股动脉段拉伸后的P-V曲线可用抛物线来拟合,狗股动脉段拉伸15%后顺应性明显下降,其形态结构无明显改变,拉伸30%后才出现明显的结构改变。狗股动脉拉伸后顺应性变化的出现较形态结构变化早。

Abstract:Six canine femoral arterial segments were used for determining the pressure - volume (P - V) relationship, and the compliance was calculat-ed. Other thirty canine femoral arterial segments were fixed after stretching to different lengths un-der an internal pressure of 0. 133kPa. Morphological studies under dissectional ,light, and scanning elec-tron microscopes demonstrated that the P -V rela-tionship of canine femoral arterial segments under stretched state corresponded to the parabolic ap-proximation. When the arteries were stretched to 15% over the normal length, the compliance de-creased markedly,but no change of structure could be found when arteries were stretched to 20% over the normal length. Transverse gaps were found on the luminal surface when arteries were stretched to 30% or more. The changes of compliance of canine femoral arteries after stretching occurred earlier than the changes of structures.
