摘    要:[目的]探讨温盐水与开塞露混合液灌肠对早产儿喂养及合并症的影响。[方法]对胎龄28周~37周的早产儿于生后第1天~第5天用温盐水与开塞露混合液灌肠,每天1次,观察每日喂奶量及黄疸、呼吸暂停情况,并与同期住院早产儿进行比较。[结果]灌肠组早产儿生后5d内每日进奶量及每千克体重喂奶量显著高于对照组,病理性黄疸、呼吸暂停发生率显著低于对照组。[结论]早产儿生后早期行温盐水与开塞露混合液灌肠有利于胎粪的排出,促进胃肠的蠕动,有利于早产儿顺利渡过营养关,降低病理性黄疸及呼吸暂停的发生率。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the influence of coloclysis with warm salt water and Kaiselu on feeding and complications of premature babies. Methods: Premature babies with gestational age ranging from 28 weeks to less than 37 weeks were given coloclysis with mixed warm salt water and Kaiselu started on the first day to the fifth day of life once a day (test group). Indexes including daily amount of feeding, neonatal jaundice and apnea were observed and compared it with premature babies born in hospital at the same period (control group). Results: In terms of both daily milk feeding quantity and per kilogram body weight feeding[HJ*3] quantity, premature babies of test group were much higher than that of control group. However, both the incidence of pathological jaundice and the incidence of apnea of test group were much lower than that of control group. Conclusion: It is benefit for premature babies to give warm salt water mixed with Kaiselu coloclysis at early stage of their lives. Which can make premature babies defecate smoothly and promote gastrointestinal motility and lower the incidences of pathological jaundice and apnea among them. And then let them live through malnutrition period smoothly.
