| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立同时测定醋酸曲安奈德和水杨酸的方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法分离并紫外2 54nm检测。结果 :线性、精密度及回收率结果良好。结论 :本法可以完成该复方溶液中两组分的同时测定。 |

| Abstract: | ORJECTIVE:To build up a method to determine triamcinolone acetonide acetate and salicylic acid simultaneously.METHODS:High performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet detection at 254nm were used.RESULTS:Good linearity,precision and revovery were obtained.Conclusion:The two components in the solution can be determined concurrently. |
