摘    要:目的:探讨气喘合剂中氨茶碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用一阶导数紫外分光光度法,测定波长为282nm和286nm。结果:氨茶碱浓度在8~18μg/ml范围内线性良好(r=09999),平均回收率为9972%(n=5),RSD为042%。结论:本法取量少,无需化学试剂,所用仪器普通,操作简便、快速,能消除其他组分干扰。适用于医院制剂分析。

Abstract:OBTECTIVE: To determine aminophylline in Asthma Mixture,a first-order derivative spectrophotometry methad was established. METHODS: The absorbance was measured at 282nm and 286nm. RESULTS: The Linear range was 818g/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery for the assay was 99.72% with relative standard deviation of 0.42%(n=5). CONCLUSION:This method is simple,convenient,rapid and free of interference.The instrument used is comrnon and chemical reagents are needless.It is suitable for analysis in hospital.
