摘    要:
目的 探讨脑梗死患者血浆胎盘生长因子(PLGF)水平的变化和意义。方法 选取92例脑梗死患者和46例非脑血管病患者(对照组)作为研究对象,根据发病时间长短再将脑梗死患者分为急性期组和恢复期组,采用颅脑CT或MRI测量梗死病灶最大直径,根据直径大小将其分为大、中、小面积梗死组,利用ELISA法测定所有纳入对象血浆PLGF水平。结果 脑梗死组血浆PLGF水平与对照组比较显著升高(P<0.05); 脑梗死急性期组血浆PLGF水平高于恢复期组,但无明显差异(P>0.05); 小面积梗死组血浆PLGF水平明显低于中、大面积梗死组(P<0.05),大面积梗死组血浆PLGF水平明显高于中面积梗死组(P<0.05)。结论 PLGF可能参与了脑梗死的病理生理过程,PLGF水平与梗死面积密切相关,可作为判断脑梗死患者病情严重程度一种新的血液学指标。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the changes and significance of plasma placental growth factor(PLGF)in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 92 patients with cerebral infarction and 46 patients with non-cerebrovascular disease(control group)were selected as the subjects. According to the length of the onset time, the patients with cerebral infarction were divided into acute group and convalescent group. The maximal diameter of infarcted lesion was measured by brain CT or MRI,the patients were divided into large, medium and small area infarct group according to these diameters. Plasma PLGF levels were measured by ELISA and plasma PLGF levels were compared between groups.Results The level of plasma PLGF in the cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The plasma PLGF level in the acute stage of cerebral infarction was higher than that in the convalescent group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The level of plasma PLGF in the small infarct group was significantly lower than that in the middle and large infarct group(P<0.05). The plasma PLGF level in the large infarct group was significantly higher than that in the middle infarct group(P<0.05).Conclusion PLGF might be involved in the pathophysiological process of cerebral infarction. PLGF level was closely related to infarct size, which could be used as a new blood parameter to judge the severity of cerebral infarction.
