95后大学新生心理适应与心理健康的关系:自我接纳的中介作用

摘    要:
目的:研究心理适应与自我接纳对95后大学新生心理健康的影响及其路径,以期为新生适应性教育、心理健康教育提供新的思路。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取广东某综合性大学2014级879名大一新生作为被试,在入学2个月后进行现场测试,分别采用大学新生适应量表、症状自评量表以及自我接纳量表进行调查。结果:1大学新生的心理适应总分与人际关系因子的得分性别差异显著(t=-2.43,P0.05;t=-2.66,P0.01),女生得分显著高于男生。在独立生活维度,文科生的困扰明显多于理科生(t=3.50,P0.001);学习方法上,独生子女的困扰明显高于非独生子女(t=3.10,P0.01);而在资源利用、人际关系以及心理适应总分上,非独生子女的困扰显著高于独生子女(t=-3.73,P0.001;t=-2.67,P0.01;t=-2.03,P0.05);2心理适应得分与心理健康量表得分间存在显著正相关,与自我接纳各因素得分间存在显著负相关,自我接纳水平与心理健康量表得分存在显著负相关(|r|=0.16~0.51;P均0.05)。回归分析表明,自我接纳总分、抑郁对新生心理适应水平有较强的预测性;3经结构方程模型检验,自我接纳在心理适应与心理健康之间起着完全中介的作用,心理适应通过自我接纳,对心理健康产生影响。结论:95后大学新生的自我接纳在心理适应与心理健康之间起着完全中介的作用,心理适应通过促进自我接纳而抑制其心理健康风险。

Mental Adaption and Mental Health of the Generation after 95s College Freshmen:The Mediating Role of Self-acceptance
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the influence of acceptance by mental adaption and self-acceptance on health of the generation after 95 s college freshmen,and the pathway of the influence,to offer the new basis for entrance educa-tion,mental health education among freshmen.Methods:Using convinient sampling method,879 freshmen of grade 2014 from one college were administered after 2 months in school with FARS,SCL-90,Self-Acceptance Question-naire.Results:①Freshmen mental adaptation scores and interpersonal factor score had significant gender differences (t=-2.43,P<0.05;t=-2.66,P<0.01),girls scored significantly higher than boys.Independent living dimension, liberal arts students was more troubled than science students (t=3.50,P<0.001);Learning method,the only child was more distressed than non-child (t=3.10,P<0.01);and in resources,relationships and mental adaptation scores of non-child problems were significantly higher than the one-child (t=-3.73,P<0.001;t=-2.67,P<0.01;t=-2.03,P<0.05).②Mental adaptation score was positively correlated with mental health score and negatively correlated with self-acceptance scores,self-acceptance were significantly negative correlation with mental health scores (|r|=0.16 ~ 0.51,P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that self-acceptance and depression could pre-dict mental adaptation level.③By structural equation model checking,self-acceptance played fully mediation be-tween mental adaptation and mental health.Mental adaptation impacted on mental health through self-acceptance. Conclusion:Self-acceptance of the generation after 95 s college freshmen plays fully mediation between mental adap-tation and mental health,mental adaptation suppress mental health by promoting self-acceptance.
