| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方对乙酰氨基酚注射液的含量。方法:采用HP ODS柱,以甲醇-水(45:55)为流动相,用紫外检测器于285nm波长处检测。结果:对乙酰氨基酚浓度在50～250μg·ml~(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.6％,安替比林在60～300μg·ml~(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.4％。结论:本法快速,简便,准确。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To determine the content of compound paracetamol by HPLC. Method: ODS colunm was used, men-thanol-water(45:55) were served as mobile phase, it was detected at wavelength 285 nm with UV-detector, Result:Paracetamol concentration presented a good linear relation within a range of 50~250ug.ml-1, the average recovery was 99.6% . Antipyrine concentration presented a good linear relation within a range af 60~300ug.ml-1, the average recovery was 99.4% . Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple, and accurate. |
