健康教育对肝硬化失代偿患者生存质量的影响

目的 探讨健康教育对肝硬化失代偿期患者生存质量的影响.方法 将138例肝硬化失代偿期患者随机分为观察组、对照组,各69例,两组均采用常规治疗和护理,观察组给予全面系统的健康教育;采用生存质量测评表(QOL)评价两组患者生存质量.结果 出院时与对照组相比,观察组在疾病相关知识、并发症的防治、自我护理方法的掌握和负性心理控制方面差异有统计学意义;健康教育可改善肝硬化失代偿期患者生存质量.结论 全面系统的健康教育,可明显地提高肝硬化失代偿期患者治疗效果以及生存质量.

Impact of health education on living quality of patient with hepatic cirrhosis and decompensation

Objective To investigate the impact of health education on the living quality of the patients with hepatc cirrhosis and decompensation. Methods 138 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and decompensation were divided into two groups as Observation and Contrast groups, and each group had 69 cases. To apply the routine therapy and nursing to the two groups, specially give systematic health education to the Observation Group and appraise the living quality of the patients in two groups with QOL. Results To compare the Observation Group and Contrast Group at the time of leaving hospital, the Observation Group had an obviously difference on the aspects of mastery of disease knowledge, prevention and cure of complications, self-nursing method and control of negative mentality. The health education improved the living quality of the patients with hepatic cirrhosis and decompensation. Conclusion Systematic health education can obviously improve the therapeutic effect and living quality of the patients with hepatic cirrhosis and decompensation.
