脑血管性卒中患者胰岛素水平的研究

目的 考查脑出血与脑栓塞后患者的血糖与胰岛素水平,从而指导临床对卒中的治疗及预防.方法 从临床入选32例脑出血患者,纳为脑出血组,27例脑栓塞患者,纳为脑栓塞组,33 例排除了脑血管病的其他患者作为对照组.入院时测其空腹血糖及胰岛素水平,根据测得的血糖及胰岛素水平计算胰岛素敏感指数,比较这3组间的差异.结果 脑出血组和脑栓塞组患者血糖、胰岛素水平高于对照组(P＜0.05),胰岛素敏感指数低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 脑血管性卒中后血糖水平、胰岛素水平升高及胰岛素敏感性下降.

Research on insulin leves in patients with cerebrovascular diseases

Objective To observe blood glucose and insulin level after the onset of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral embolism.Methods 32 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, 27 patients with cerebral embolism and 33 controls without any cerebrovascular diseases were enrolled. Fasting blood glucose and insulin was measured, and then insulin sensitivity index was calculated. The differences of the above parameters among the three groups were compared.Results The blood glucose and insulin in cerebral hemorrhage and embolism group was significant higher than that in control group (P<0.05), while the insulin sensibility was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fasting blood glucose and insulin goes up and insulin sensibility index goes down after the onset of cerebral hemorrhage and embolism.
