1 652例学龄前儿童HBV M检测结果分析

目的 探讨吴忠市学龄前儿童乙型肝炎(下称乙肝)病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性率与乙肝病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)阳性率和年龄的关系.方法 以2005年6月至2006年5月期间来本院体检的2～6岁儿童为研究对象,将其按年龄分成4组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验对乙肝病毒5项血清学标志物进行检测分析.结果 1 652例儿童HBsAg阳性率为0.73%;4个年龄组抗-HBs阳性率分别是:30.68%、27.35%、31.76%和27.58%.结论 吴忠市学龄前儿童HBsAg阳性率低于全国0～6岁儿童HBsAg阳性率;4个年龄组儿童抗-HBs阳性率差异无统计学意义.

Analysis on HBV M examination in 1 652 preschool children

Objective To investigate the positive rate of HBsAg and the relation between the positive rate of HBsAb and age of preschool children in Wuzhong City.Methods The survey was conducted from June 2005 to May 2006.1 652 cases of 2-6 years old children examined in our hospital were enrolled.They were classified into four groups according to age.ELISA was used to determine and analyze 5 items of HBV markers.Results The HBsAg positive rate was 0.73%.The positive rate of HBsAb in the four groups was 30.68%,27.35%,31.76% and 27.58% respectively.Conclusion The HBV infection rate of preschool children in Wuzhong City is lower than that of 2-6 years old children in the whole country.There is no statistical difference among the four groups.
