内皮抑素与VEGF在糖尿病视网膜的变化及川芎嗪的保护作用

目的：探讨糖尿病大鼠眼视网膜血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）与眼组织内皮抑素（ES）的变化以及川芎嗪对其的影响。方法：选择健康成年SD大鼠，随机分成正常对照组、糖尿病组以及川芎嗪治疗组（川芎嗪组）。一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素（STZ）诱发糖尿病模型。应用免疫组织化学方法观察各组视网膜组织VEGF的表达情况，并按ELASA法检测各组组织中内皮抑素含量变化。结果：随着病程延长，糖尿病大鼠视网膜VEGF表达增强，内皮抑素含量增高；川芎嗪组ES水平始终低于糖尿病组（P〈0．05）。结论：糖尿病大鼠视网膜VEGF的过度表达和内皮抑素含量的变化在糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的发生发展过程中起重要作用。川芎嗪能反馈调节STZ大鼠血管生成抑制因子ES的表达，促进DR的修复。

Results:Change along with the course of illness, the big rat of Diabetes sees the retina VEGF expression to strengthen, suppressing the plaincontent to increase inside the skin high;An ES of ligustrazine level is is always low in the diabetes set(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rat of diabetes sees the excesssive expression of the retina VEGF and the variety of the content of endostatins to rise the important function in the occurrence development process that the diabetes sees the retina pathological changes( DR). The Ligustrazine ability feedback regulates the STZ rat blood vessel born repress the expression of the factor ES, promote DR repair.
