烫伤合剂的质量控制

摘    要:
目的:建立烫伤合刑的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对地榆、虎杖进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定地榆中没食子酸的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中能检出地榆、虎杖;没食子酸在3.66—36.64μg·ml。范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均回收率为100.48%,RSD为0.77%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可有效控制制剂质量。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish the method of quality control of mixture for scald. Method : Radixi Sanguisorbae,Rhizoma Coptidi was identified by TLC, and the content of gallic acid was determined by HPLC. Result: Radixi Sanguisorbae, Rhizoma Coptidi could be detected by TLC ; Gallic Acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 3.66 - 36.64μg· ml^-1, r = 0. 999 5. The average recovery and RSD was 100.48% and 0.77% ,respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of mixture for scald.
